The C2020 requires a special shim that is inserted into the housing.  It must be taken out if you use the C2040, C3000, C3030, or C3040.

Here is the view of the housing with the shim inserted.

This is the proper orientation of the shim to be fitted into the housing.

For other cameras, i.e. the C2040, C3000, C3030, and C3040, this shim is not required and should not be placed into the housing.

If you are purchasing a camera housing from me, please specify that you need this shim  if you are using the C2020.
