PADI Dry Suit Specialty Course

Course Details

In this course, you will learn the basics of diving in a drysuit. Special equipment requirements will be discussed during the course and the course fee includes drysuit rental.

Recommended sequence is a weekend, so that you can do the confined water dive in the morning on day 1, then OW dive 1. On the second day, finish the course with OW dive 2, and then follow up with a fun dive. This course is usually conducted in Shobuzawa on the east coast of Izu, and is most often offered during the winter and spring months.

Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water certification

The specialty course package price is 25,200 yen and includes:

Course instruction
Certification card
Drysuit Pak (manual, video, log insert)
1 confined water dive and 2 ocean dives, including tank rental

Not Included in Course Fee

Transportation expenses to/from pool/ocean dive sites
Open water diving equipment available for rental upon request
