Weather and Dive Conditions Policy

Sometimes mounting or rapidly changing weather conditions can force the cancellation of a dive tour. For typhoons and other types of storms (rain, high wind, etc.), we normally will know if cancellation will be necessary by 5 am the day of the tour. We will contact all participants via e-mail and/or telephone.

In a rare case, after we arrive at the dive site and the dive conditions are evaluated, the dives must be cancelled.

For weather related cancellations, we will credit your account for the full amount that can be used for another tour, event, or online ordering.

Calling the Dive (Cancelling the Dive)

Calling a dive is when the diver decides not to do a dive because the wave, current, or other conditions. It is important to dive within your abilities, training level, experience, level of comfort and not to exceed your personal limits. We fully support the diver and the decision to call a dive and will not pressure someone to dive when the diver is not comfortable about the conditions.
