Welcome TAC Members!

At Mar Scuba, we are excited to work with the Tokyo American Club in order to provide TAC Members with new recreational scuba activities such as the PADI Open Water Diver course for adults and children, fun diving tours for certified divers, Bubblemaker and Seal Team programs for children.
